Website and software localization, in sync with every release

We localize websites, SaaS platforms and software, from interface strings and help centers to multilingual SEO, with workflows that plug into your tools and keep every language up to date.

Web and software

Launch in every language, and stay in sync with every release

Your website and software are where customers meet your brand. We localize them end to end: interface strings, pages, help content, emails and legal text, with workflows that follow your release cycle instead of slowing it down.

Only new or changed strings are translated in each update, reusing translation memory, so launching a feature in ten languages takes days, not months.

What we localize

Interface strings

Buttons, forms, errors and dashboards, with variables and plurals kept intact.

Websites and landing pages

Marketing pages that read as if written in each market.

Help centers and docs

Support articles and documentation that cut tickets.

Emails and notifications

Transactional and marketing emails in the customer's language.

Legal pages

Terms, privacy policies and consent text translated precisely.

SEO pages

Localized titles, descriptions and keywords for every market.

Why software needs more than translation

Software text is full of traps: placeholders, tags, plurals and screens with fixed space. A plain translation breaks them; localization keeps the product working.

Is your code ready for other languages?

Many localization problems are built into the code long before translation starts. We review your strings and screens first, and give your developers a clear list of what to fix.

Hard-coded text

Text written straight into the code cannot be translated. We find it so it can move to your string files.

Sentences built from pieces

“You have” + count + “items” works in English and breaks in Arabic. Whole sentences with variables work everywhere.

Plural rules

Arabic needs up to six plural forms, and your i18n library has to support them.

Dates, numbers and currency

Formatted by the user's locale, not fixed as MM/DD/YYYY or a dollar sign.

Text expansion

Pseudo-localization shows where longer or shorter text will overflow, before the real translation arrives.

Right-to-left support

Layouts built with logical CSS properties mirror cleanly; fixed left and right values do not.

Continuous localization

New strings in the morning, translated before your next release

Modern products change every week. Instead of sending files back and forth, we connect to your repository, CMS or translation platform, so new and changed strings reach our linguists automatically and come back as ready-to-merge updates.

Translation memory means you only pay for what is new, and your terminology stays the same across the product, the help center and the marketing site.

Three ways to hand us your website

We work with the setup you already have. Choose the route that suits your team, and the translations come back the same way.

From your CMS

Export pages from WordPress, Drupal or your CMS as XLIFF or XML, and import the translations back in one step.

  • No copying and pasting
  • Links, images and structure kept

From your code

Send resource files straight from your repository: JSON, YAML, PO, RESX, strings or XML.

  • Keys, placeholders and tags untouched
  • Only new and changed strings in updates

From a staging link

Give us access to a staging site and we review every page in context, before and after translation.

  • Layout and right-to-left checked on screen
  • A screenshot with every issue

Multilingual SEO, built in

A translated page that nobody finds is a wasted page. We research keywords for each market, localize titles, descriptions and URLs, and guide your team on hreflang so search engines show the right language to the right people.

Right-to-left interfaces: what flips and what does not

Mirroring an interface is not the same as flipping everything. Some elements follow the reading direction; others show time, media or real-world objects and must stay as they are.

We review every Arabic screen against these rules and send your team a screenshot of anything mirrored that should not be, or the other way round.

What we check before you go live

Translation is half the job. Testing the localized site or product is where most problems are caught.

Untranslated strings

Hard-coded text, images with words and error messages that slipped through.

Layout and truncation

Buttons, menus and tables that break when the text gets longer.

Right-to-left and fonts

Mirrored layouts, Arabic fonts and mixed-direction text on every screen size.

Dates, numbers and currency

Local formats in forms, prices, invoices and confirmation emails.

Links, forms and emails

Every flow tested end to end in each language, from sign-up to receipt.

SEO tags and hreflang

Titles, descriptions, URLs and language tags that help each version rank.

Questions

Something else? A project manager replies within thirty minutes in office hours.

Can you work with our CMS?

Yes: WordPress, headless CMSs and custom platforms, through export files or direct access.

How do you protect code placeholders?

Our tools lock variables and tags so they cannot be broken, and QA checks them before delivery.

Do you handle multilingual SEO?

Yes: keyword research per market, localized titles and descriptions, and hreflang guidance.

What about updates after launch?

We translate only new or changed strings, reusing translation memory for speed and consistency.

Do we need to change our code?

Only if it is not ready for internationalization. We can review your code and point out hard-coded text, date formats and layout issues first.

Can you test the localized software?

Yes. We run functional and linguistic checks on staging before your release.

Will our localized pages rank on Google?

Localized URLs, metadata, hreflang tags and keyword research in each language give every version a real chance to rank. No one can guarantee positions, but a direct translation of English keywords rarely performs as well.

Do you translate images and videos on our site?

Yes. We recreate images that contain text and subtitle or dub your videos, so nothing on the page is left in the original language.

How is software localization priced?

Mostly per new word, with repeated and previously translated strings charged at a reduced rate through translation memory, plus testing time when you need it.

Can you localize a WordPress or Shopify site?

Yes. We work with the multilingual plugins and apps these platforms use, or with an export of your content, and check the result on the live pages.
