Human translation: words chosen with care

Translation by native linguists who understand your field, your brand and your audience. Every text is translated, edited and proofread by people, so meaning, tone and trust survive the move into a new language.

Words chosen with care

Human translation for the texts that carry your name

Every year our language team translates more than 500,000 standard pages across 100+ language pairs, in almost every field of knowledge. Machines are fast, but meaning, tone and trust still depend on people who understand both languages and both cultures.

We believe every business deserves a language partner: a team that removes the barriers between you and your market, and uses the latest tools to work faster, never to replace the linguist.

Our goal is to remove every language barrier that stops business owners from sharing their knowledge and products with the world.Cube Localization
Why people, not machines

Meaning, not just words

Human translators use their understanding of life and language to carry the nuances of your original text to a new audience: humour, idioms, formality and everything a sentence implies without saying it.

A word-for-word translation can be grammatically correct and still wrong. Our linguists translate what you mean, the way your readers would say it.

How we choose the translator for your text

Your text is not sent to whoever happens to be free. Each project is matched to a translator who translates into their native language and has worked in your field, whether that is banking, medicine, law, engineering or games.

Linguists join our network only after a translation test, and their work is reviewed on every project. When a translator works well for you, we keep them on your account, so they learn your terms, your tone and your preferences.

  • Translates into their native language only
  • Experience in your subject, not just your language pair
  • Tested before joining, reviewed on every project
  • Your files shared only with your project team

Why human translation?

Human translators use their understanding of life and language to carry the nuances of your original to a new audience. Where a machine guesses, a linguist decides, and can explain the decision.

That matters most when a text is public, persuasive, legal or medical: the places where a small error costs the most.

How your text moves through our team

The complete path of every Premium project: three linguists and one project manager.

  1. 01

    Brief and glossary

Your project manager confirms the audience, tone and key terms with you and prepares the reference material.

  2. 02

    Translation

A native translator who specializes in your field translates the full text.

  3. 03

    Editing

A second linguist compares the translation with the source for accuracy, terminology and style.

  4. 04

    Proofreading

A proofreader reads the final text the way your audience will, and fixes anything that does not read naturally.

  5. 05

    Format match and final eye

The file is rebuilt in its original layout and checked one last time before it leaves us.

  6. 06

    Delivery and feedback

You receive the files on the agreed date, and your comments are saved for the next project.

A job's path through Cube: three source files pass machine analysis, human translation, a second linguist's review and machine QA, then come out as Arabic, French and German files, delivered on time.

Queries

Good translators ask questions

Source texts are rarely perfect: an abbreviation nobody explained, a sentence that can be read two ways, a term used differently on two pages. A weak translation guesses. Our translators stop and ask.

Questions reach you through your project manager, collected in one list rather than one email at a time. Every answer is saved to your glossary, so the same question is never asked twice.

Specialists for your sector

Precise terminology, crafted by team members who know your field.

Legal

For law firms working with clients worldwide and companies facing global compliance: every clause checked against the requirements of the audience it is meant for.

Technical

Manuals, specifications and software documentation translated by linguists who understand the product, with terminology kept consistent from page one to the last.

Medical

Healthcare keeps growing, and so does the need for precise, culturally relevant translation. Expert linguists close the language gap quickly and at a fair cost.

Business

Reports, presentations, marketing and internal communication that read naturally to your partners, customers and staff.

When human translation matters most

If a mistake would cost you money, trust or reputation, a person should translate it.

Marketing and campaigns

Slogans, ads and product pages that must persuade, not just inform.

Legal and compliance

Contracts, policies and regulatory texts where precision is not negotiable.

Medical and safety

Patient information and safety instructions that people act on.

Books and publishing

Books, articles and long-form content with a voice worth keeping.

Speeches and PR

Statements, speeches and press material where tone is everything.

Websites and UX

Interface text and website copy that must feel natural to use.

Your style guide: decisions made once, applied every time

Arabic offers choices English does not. We settle them with you at the start, write them down, and apply them to every file.

How you address the reader

Singular or plural, formal or warm: one form of address, chosen for your audience and used everywhere.

Men and women

Arabic marks gender in verbs and adjectives. We agree whether to address both, use neutral phrasing or follow your audience.

Numerals

Western digits (123) or Arabic-Indic digits (١٢٣), used the same way in text, tables and charts.

Brand and product names

Kept in Latin letters, written in Arabic letters or translated: decided name by name, and recorded.

Punctuation and quotation marks

Arabic commas and question marks, and one style of quotation marks for the whole document.

Words you never use

Competitors' terms, outdated names or words with the wrong connotation, blocked in every file.

Three service levels

Choose how much review your content needs. Your project manager recommends a level with the quote.

Full transparency, from quote to delivery

The most valuable relationships are built on trust. You always know what stage your project is at and when it will arrive, and a project manager answers at every step.

  • One project manager from start to finish
  • Translation, editing and proofreading by three different linguists

Standards behind every project

Our processes follow international standards for translation services, machine translation post-editing, quality management and cyber security, so every project is handled with the same care, whatever its size.

Questions

Something else? A project manager replies within thirty minutes in office hours.

When should I choose human translation over MTPE?

For creative, legal, medical or brand-critical content. For large volumes of repetitive text, MTPE is usually faster and more economical.

Do you use AI at all?

Not to translate. We use technology only for terminology, consistency and quality checks.

Can you follow our style guide?

Yes. Send it with your files, or we will build one with you.

Who translates my text?

A native speaker of the target language with experience in your subject.

Is human translation more expensive?

It costs more than raw machine output, but it avoids the cost of errors, rework and lost trust. We quote per project, so you only pay for the level you need.

Can you handle large projects?

Yes. We translate over 500,000 pages a year and split large projects across teams, keeping terminology consistent with shared glossaries and translation memory.

Which service level should I choose?

Basic suits internal documents, Standard adds proofreading and revision for most business texts, and Premium adds full editing and quality assurance for published, legal or high-impact content.

Is human translation slower?

A little, because people read every sentence. A professional translator covers about 2,000 to 2,500 words a day, and larger projects are shared across a team so deadlines are still met.

Can the same translator work on all my projects?

Yes. Whenever possible we keep the same team on your account, so your terminology, tone and preferences carry over from one project to the next.

Can I review the translation before it is final?

Of course. Your reviewer's comments go straight back to the translator, and agreed changes are added to your glossary so they apply to future work too.

Will the translation keep my layout?

Yes. Format matching is part of every level: the translated file comes back with the same layout, styles and images as your original.

Can you translate into several languages at once?

Yes. Each language gets its own native team working in parallel from one shared glossary, coordinated by a single project manager, so all versions are delivered together.
