More than translation: localization that feels local
We adapt your website, app, software or game to each market's language, culture, formats and expectations, then test it, so people everywhere feel it was made for them.
Made for the market, not just translated for it
Localization goes past translating words: it tailors your product or content to a market and a culture, taking beliefs, traditions and everyday habits into account. As a company grows into new countries, it becomes a necessity, and we are here to help.
Our specialists combine the latest technology with deep cultural knowledge across game, app, software and website localization, so your audience experiences your product as if it were made for them.

Translation or localization?
Translation changes the language. Localization changes the experience, so it feels local in every detail.
| Localization | Translation | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Adapting a product or content to a language and a culture | Converting text from one language to another |
| Layout and graphics | Adapted: direction, images, fonts | Left as they are |
| Cultural references | Rewritten for the audience | Translated literally |
| Scope | Language, culture, context and technical work | Language only |
Cultural review before launch
A translation can be accurate and still fail in the market. Before launch, a native reviewer from the region checks what words alone do not show.
Images and gestures
Hand signs, clothing and scenes that read differently in the region are flagged, with alternatives.
Seasons and campaigns
Ramadan, Eid and national days are the region's biggest seasons. In the Gulf, Black Friday is often marketed as White Friday.
Names and wordplay
Product names and slogans are checked for unintended meanings in Arabic and its dialects.
Maps and borders
Maps, flags and place names are checked against local expectations and regulations.
Legal wording
Claims, prices, warranties and consumer notices adapted to local requirements, together with your legal team.
Tone and humor
Jokes, idioms and levels of formality rewritten so they land with local readers.
Most of the internet does not speak English
Only about a quarter of the world's internet users are fluent in English, and more than half of all Google searches are made in other languages. A business that speaks only English is talking to a small part of its market.
Research into online buying keeps finding the same thing: most people prefer to buy when product information is in their own language, and many value that more than a lower price. Localization is not a cost of growth; it is how growth happens.

Right-to-left localization, from people who read it every day
Arabic is our home language, so we know what breaks when a product switches direction: mirrored layouts, icons that point the wrong way, numbers and English names inside Arabic sentences, and fonts that were never designed for Arabic.
We also choose the right Arabic for your audience, from Modern Standard to Egyptian or Gulf, and adapt dates, currencies and plural forms for each country.
- Mirrored layouts and icons checked on screen
- Mixed Arabic and Latin text displayed correctly
- Arabic typography that reads well at every size
One Arabic, many markets
Written Arabic is shared by more than 20 countries, but everyday words, tone and conventions change from market to market. A campaign that sounds natural in Cairo can sound foreign in Riyadh or Amman.
For formal content we write Modern Standard Arabic that reads well everywhere. For marketing, apps and social media, we adapt the vocabulary and tone to each market you target.
| Egypt | Gulf | Levant | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mobile phone | موبايل | جوال | خلوي |
| April | أبريل | أبريل | نيسان |
| Air conditioner | تكييف | مكيّف | مكيّف |
| “Sure!” | تمام! | أبشر! | أكيد! |
| Currency | ج.م | ر.س · د.إ | د.أ · ل.ل |

Questions
Something else? A project manager replies within thirty minutes in office hours.
What is the difference between translation and localization?
Translation changes the language; localization adapts the whole experience: formats, visuals and cultural context.
Do you localize into Arabic dialects?
Yes. We choose between Modern Standard Arabic and regional variants based on your audience.
Can you work in our CMS or repository?
Yes. We work with exported files or directly in your platforms and translation tools.
Do you test the localized product?
Yes. Localization QA checks text in context for truncation, layout and meaning.
How long does localization take?
It depends on the size of the product and the number of languages. After the first call we send a plan with phases and dates.
Do you adapt images and graphics too?
Yes. Text inside images, screenshots and banners is translated and the graphics are rebuilt for each language.
How do you handle text that gets longer after translation?
Some languages run 20 to 35 percent longer than English. We flag strings that break the layout during testing and propose shorter wording or layout fixes with your team.
Which file formats do you accept?
Practically any: JSON, XML, XLIFF, PO, RESX, YAML, strings files, CSV, HTML, InDesign and subtitle files. If your content lives in a CMS, we can work there or with an export.
Do you localize for specific countries, not just languages?
Yes. Beyond the language, we adapt currency, date and number formats, units, legal text and cultural references for each target country, for example Saudi Arabia, Egypt or the UAE.
How much does localization cost?
It depends on the word count, the number of languages, file preparation and how much testing you need. After a quick look at your content we send a detailed quote.
